Custom solutions

If it doesn't exist, we build it. Web applications, internal tools, and integrations designed to solve exactly your problem. No compromises with off-the-shelf software.

The problem

Your problem can't be solved with a dashboard or an off-the-shelf tool. You need something built specifically for your operation.

Maybe you've already searched for software and nothing fits. Or you found something that does 60% of what you need, but the other 40% is exactly what matters. Or worse: your team has been spending months solving with Excel and goodwill something that should be automated.

The reality is that many mid-size companies have unique processes that no standard software covers well. And hiring a large software agency is expensive, takes months, and sometimes delivers something that wasn't what you asked for.

Situations where building custom makes sense:

  • > You need to connect two systems that don't talk to each other
  • > You have an operational process that no off-the-shelf software covers
  • > You're paying for an expensive SaaS that you could replace with something of your own
  • > You have a digital product idea and need an MVP to validate it
  • > Your team wastes hours on repetitive tasks that could be automated

What I do

I build custom web applications, internal tools, and integrations. From functional MVPs to full SaaS products. The process is straightforward: I understand your problem, propose a realistic technical solution, and execute it with incremental deliveries so you can test from day one.

1

Understand the problem

I sit down with you and the people who live the problem. Not with whoever has the idea, but with those who will actually use the tool. I map the current workflow, identify the pain points, and define what the solution needs to solve.

2

Technical proposal

I present you with a concrete solution: what gets built, with what technology, in how much time, and how much it costs. No vague proposals or fine print. If something doesn't make sense, I'll tell you.

3

Iterative development

I work in short sprints with incremental deliveries. I don't disappear for 3 months only to show up with something that wasn't what you expected. Every week or two you have something functional you can test and adjust.

4

Delivery and transfer

I deliver the code, the documentation, and the knowledge so you can maintain the solution. The code stays in your repository. You don't need to keep hiring me for it to work.

What's included

Functional web applications

React/Next.js with custom backend. From internal panels to full platforms with authentication, roles, and databases.

Tools that replace expensive software

If you're paying for a SaaS that doesn't fit or doesn't exist for your specific case, I build the custom alternative for you.

Complex integrations between systems

I connect systems that don't talk natively. ERPs, CRMs, sales platforms, third-party APIs. Everything flows automatically.

Hosting and maintenance

Self-hosted or cloud infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, AWS). I make sure the solution is available, secure, and up to date.

Corporate websites

Fast, modern, SEO-optimized websites. Astro, WordPress, or whatever makes the most sense for your content management needs.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of solutions do you build?

Web applications, internal tools, system integrations, and SaaS products. From an MVP in 2 weeks to a full platform. The scope depends on your problem and your budget.

What technologies do you work with?

React/Next.js, Python, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, n8n, REST APIs. The stack depends on the problem. I don't have favorites: I use whatever makes the most sense for your case, your team, and your budget.

Can I maintain the solution myself afterward?

Yes. I transfer knowledge and document everything. The code stays in your repository. If you have a technical team, they can continue developing. If not, I offer maintenance contracts so you don't have to worry.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the complexity. Always with a prior quote and clear scope before starting. Let's talk about your case. No surprises.

Have a problem that needs a custom solution?

Tell me what you're trying to solve. I'll let you know if it makes sense to build something custom or if there's a simpler alternative.
