Why this training is different
Most courses on tools like Power BI or Excel teach functions and buttons. The participant leaves knowing how to make a bar chart, but doesn't know how to apply it to their real work.
I do things differently: before we start, I meet with you to understand what problems you have, what data you manage, and what decisions you need to make. Then I design the course using those real examples.

Generative AI for executives and boards
Strategic session aimed at CEOs, boards, and executive committees. What generative AI really is today, what changes in the business, what investment and risk decisions emerge, and how to talk to the technical team without jargon. Hands-off: the goal is for the top line to understand magnitude, not learn prompts.
Generative AI applied by business area
Hands-on workshop for teams that already use, or want to start using, tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot in their day-to-day work. Cases contextualized by role: finance and management control, sales and marketing, operations, HR, legal. Prompt best practices, handling of sensitive data, integration with Office and Google Workspace, and building custom skills for repetitive tasks.
Claude Code and AI-assisted development for technical teams
Advanced course for analysts, engineers, and technical teams that want to accelerate their work with AI-assisted development. Intensive use of Claude Code to build scripts, automations, and analysis over local files; consuming Anthropic and OpenAI APIs to embed AI inside internal pipelines and tools; building agents with MCPs, skills, and subagents; working directly with Power BI files (.pbip) and notebooks to accelerate reporting. Focused on solid engineering habits, not demos.

Power BI for business users
From zero to creating useful dashboards. Data connection, basic modeling, visualizations, publishing, and automatic refresh. Designed for managers, analysts, and anyone who needs to make decisions with data. Adaptable to classic Power BI or .pbip files with AI-accelerated workflows.
Advanced Excel for data analysis
Pivot tables, lookup functions, array formulas, Power Query for automating data cleaning, integration with Power BI. For those who already use Excel but want to get much more out of it. Includes using Claude and Copilot inside Excel to accelerate analysis.
Data analysis for decision making
Beyond the tools: how to frame business questions, choose what to measure, interpret data, and present conclusions effectively. Ideal for managers and team leaders who receive many reports and need to separate signal from noise.

After years of corporate training, I've learned that what makes the difference isn't the amount of content covered, but how applicable it is to the participant's daily work.
My training approach:

On-site at your company
I come to your office with everything needed. Ideal for groups of 5-15 people. Allows working with your real data in the moment.
Advantage: Maximum customization, fewer distractions for participants.
Live online
Sessions via Zoom or Teams. Good for distributed teams or when in-person isn't possible. Just as interactive, with real-time exercises.
Advantage: Flexibility, no travel costs, easy to record.
Intensive format
2-3 consecutive days, full day. For when you need the team to learn quickly and apply immediately.
Best for: Projects with deadlines, new teams, initiative kickoffs.
Extended format
3-4 hour sessions, 1-2 times per week, over several weeks. Allows practicing between sessions and bringing real questions.
Best for: Habit change, deep adoption, busy teams.
Frequently asked questions
How many people can participate?
For it to be truly practical, I recommend groups of 5 to 12 people. More than 15 makes it difficult to give individual attention. If you have more people, we do parallel groups.
What do participants need to know beforehand?
For Power BI from scratch, they just need to know how to use a computer and basic Excel. For advanced Excel, they should know the basics (simple formulas, tables). I can do a preliminary assessment if there are doubts.
Do you provide support materials?
Yes. Each participant receives exercise files, a quick reference guide, and access to session recordings (for online format). I also include 30 days of email support for post-course questions.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the complexity. Always with a prior quote and clear scope before starting. Let's talk about your case.
Can training be done in English?
Yes, all courses can be delivered in English or Spanish, depending on your team's needs. Materials and support are available in both languages.
